As of October 2026, further progress has been made on the Ermioni 'Super-Yacht' Marina foundations being laid and secured.  From the images below, it is possible to see the outer and inner landings now in position, with the future main buildings area along Krothi Hill now filled in.  Work continued on the Marina foundations throughout the long summer months, as the building/breaking noise was heard continuously throughout the whole day, from early morning to mid-evening.  The Ermioni Marina, now under the ownership of Ermionida S.A.* is due to open in the summer of 2027, but observing the current pace of works, it looks more likely to be 2028, as no work has yet started on the buildings and landscaping which will incorporate an administration office, boutique accommodation, a restaurant and retail space.

On planned completion next year, the Ermioni 'Super-Yacht' Marina will be approximately 472,260 Sqm in size, offering the sailing community up to 256 mooring berths (231 permanent and 25 seasonal spaces) for sailing yachts and vessels up to 60m in length.  

Interest in the Marina mooring berth accommodation has already started with many foreign yacht owners trying to make contact to secure future moorings, yet there doesn't seem to be any contact numbers available or advertised at present.  So interest is high.
