Villa Panorama consits of a two level stone villa with a swimming pool, situated on the top of a hill with panoramic sea view that offers spectacular sunsets.  The surrounding garden is a paradise of pines, lemon, orange and olive trees as well as assorted Mediterranean plants, leading to a children's playground.  A leasurly walk downhill will take you to 3 secluded sand and pebble beaches, as well as a dock from where you can board a sea taxi for the 15 minute crossing to the cosmopolitan island of Spetses.

The sophisticated country style of Villa Panorama reflects the exclusive taste of the owners, who have been in the Art & Antique business for three generations.  The living quarters are elegant and spacious with privacy from the main living room.  Large pergolas surround the villa and provide shade for outdoor dining and for the beautiful lounge area by the swimming pool.

There is easy access to Porto Heli, 3kms away, where you will find water sports, clubs, restaurants, tavernas, cafes and bars, in addition to gift shops and supermarkets.  Kranidi, 8.5kms away, has a 24-hour medical centre, banks and post office and Ermioni is only 18kms away where you can experience an authenic and traditional Greek coastal town.

Porto Heli is a modern coastal town and a well established resort for both local and international visitors, as many people have summer homes within the area.  It offers the holiday visitor, or the local  residents, a choice of water sports, sandy beaches and nightlife.  Due to the beautiful climate with plenty of sunshine and light winds, the bay is ideal for all kinds of water activities.  It is an area of great natural beauty, especially along the coastline with its numerous sheltered coves and crystal clear water.  It started to develop the tourist industry during the 1980s, as it became popular with package tours.  Being a modern town it has plenty of shops, tavernas, cafes and bars, boats that will take you on one-day excursions, or to some nice near-by beaches.  There are daily bus and hydrofoil services from Athens throughout the year and car hire facilities are available in the town centre for exploring the wonderful surrounding region.  

Porto Heli is located on a beautiful safe, natural harbour, opposite the ruins of Ancient Halieis.  Halieis was a large settlement of farmers and fishermen and remains are visible on land (the Acropolis) and just under the sea (the communal baths) at the opposite end of the town. Artifacts from the site are on display in various museums, including Spetses and the Archaeological Museum of the Peloponnese in Nafplio.  The modern name of Porto Heli translates to the 'Bay of Eels', which was the mainstay of the fishing industry many years ago. Today, fishermen still go about their everyday business, with farming and tourism being the other main industries for this area.
